October updates. It's been a busy month!

DoMo Walls was a great festival and I’ve received some wonderful feedback on the new murals we added to downtown Modesto, CA. Every year we gain momentum and more people get excited about what murals can do for Modesto’s identity and culture. Here's a pic of my daughter and I painting a mural together.

The day after DoMo Walls I drove up to Eureka, CA for a reception to kick off an art show of mine at a gallery in the old town. The show was up for the month of October. Here's a news video clip at timestamp 3:39

The second week of Oct. I was part if a small team of artists in Oakland helping Camer1 on a project that included 3 murals. Here’s a mural that was camer1s design but I painted. Mmmm coffee!

Mid October I participated at WE mural fest in sand city, ca (next to Monterey) and I’ll share more about that in the next newsletter…

Side Note: If you have a young artist in your life or sphere of influence, please bring them down to whiteness...

I just finished a huge tiger mural in Shaunavon Saskatchewan for South West Mural Fest. This is Year 1 for this Fest and an obvious success right out the gate. My new friend Andrew did a great job curating and we’ve been sharing notes and ideas the whole time about how to run a great festival. For me, the easiest way to say it is… Nurture the community to become fans of...
